Rahim Yar Khan (Digital Posts) Action against counterfeit products: Lucky Snacks Private Limited issues warning
Lucky Snacks Private Limited has announced strict legal action against counterfeit and copied products being sold in the market under its brand name. According to the company, reports have been received from different areas about the sale of substandard and fake items under the name Lucky Snacks Lezo.
The company clarified that copying any brand or selling such products is a crime under the law, for which strict punishments may be imposed under relevant laws. According to the administration, legal proceedings have been initiated in this matter, including the registration of an FIR and submission of an application to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).
The statement further said that legal notices will also be issued to shops or individuals found in possession of fake products, and action will be taken against them.
The company has appealed to all shopkeepers to completely avoid the purchase and sale of duplicate or fake brands in order to prevent any legal complications or complaints. The administration has termed the cooperation of traders in this regard as essential.
