Islamabad (Digital Post) Sarhari Report by Talib Hussain Khanzada: Villager dies after being hit by a train near Shahdadpur railway crossing in Sarhari city.
In Sarhari city, a villager riding a motorcycle was struck by a non-stop high-speed train near the Shahdadpur railway crossing. The collision completely destroyed the motorcycle. Following the accident, a large crowd gathered at the scene.
According to eyewitnesses, the 47-Up Rehman Baba Express passenger train was traveling from Karachi to Peshawar, due to which the Shahdadpur Road railway crossing had been closed. The villager, in a hurry, attempted to cross the railway tracks near the crossing when the speeding train hit him, throwing him a considerable distance away.
The deceased was identified as Ghulam Rasool Magsi, a resident of the village of Jeewan Magsi near Sarhari.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Sarhari Police arrived at the scene, took the body into custody, and shifted it to a hospital for a post-mortem examination. After completion of the necessary legal formalities, the body will be handed over to the heirs.
