Rawalpindi (Digital Post) In a major operation by Sadiqabad Police Station, the mystery behind a house theft and burglary incident was solved, and the neighbor turned out to be the thief. Police recovered 10 tola gold worth more than 5 million rupees, 15 tola silver worth 60 thousand rupees, a mobile phone, and 17 thousand rupees cash. The accused had broken the locks and committed the theft in the absence of the family members. Police registered a case and arrested the accused.

Chontra Police Station arrested a proclaimed offender wanted in murder, attempted murder, and assault cases. The arrested proclaimed offender, along with accomplices, had opened fire due to previous enmity, killing one citizen and injuring three others. The offender had been wanted by police since June last year.

Nasirabad Police Station arrested three individuals involved in motorcycle theft and tampering, and recovered 08 stolen motorcycles along with motorcycle tampering equipment. Operations are ongoing for the arrest of other accomplices and facilitators of the detained individuals.

Pirwadhai Police Station took into custody a drug dealer involved in serious crimes and recovered 01 kilogram and 600 grams of charas. The said proclaimed offender is involved in cases of attempted murder, narcotics, and illegal weapons in Rawalpindi and Attock and is a record-holder criminal.

Waris Khan Police Station took one person into custody and recovered 12 liters of liquor.

Morgah Police Station took three persons into custody and recovered 20 liters of liquor along with weapons and ammunition.

Kallar Syedan Police Station took one person into custody and recovered weapons with ammunition, after which separate cases were registered.
