Islamabad (Digital Post): The government should either use helicopters or metro routes.
It is urged that the Prime Minister become part of the austerity plan and keep roads open for traffic; otherwise, long queues waste fuel worth millions and valuable time, which negatively impacts the economy.
Former MQM MNA candidate from NA-47, Syed Nadeem Mansoor, stated that Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and the Prime Minister of Pakistan are doing commendable work, but it is equally important to understand the country’s internal business conditions, which require only better strategy and can be improved.
He added that for just a few guests—three, four, or even ten—we end up shutting down entire cities, including businesses, hospitals, marriage halls, schools, and transportation.
He suggested that a 12-seater aircraft should be used, or travel should be conducted via airport routes or metro routes. This would save time and keep citizens satisfied.
He appealed to the government to consider the public, create ease, and waive all fines imposed during these days on transporters, bikers, and shopkeepers. Regarding penalties and shop sealings in areas like ICCI members, Blue Area, G-9, and Aabpara, he questioned what the Chamber has done, saying they only continue to collect fees.
