Karachi (Digital Posts) Administrative Situation Becomes Unsafe at Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases.

Karachi (Digital Posts) KarachiThe administration of the Karachi Institute of Heart Diseases has become unsafe. During a meeting with a visiting delegation at the hospital, a doctor and his associate misbehaved with the Director and other staff members.

According to the spokesperson, the individuals involved were Dr. Kamal Nasir and a staff member, Asif Masood. At the time of the incident, the hospital’s Director, Professor Riffat Sultana, was briefing the delegation along with her team.
The spokesperson stated that Dr. Kamal Nasir and Asif Masood used abusive language and behaved inappropriately with the Director, the delegation, and the staff during the meeting. It was further reported that Asif Masood, allegedly under the influence, entered the Director’s office, verbally abused the Director and staff, and even kicked tables.
According to the spokesperson, Dr. Kamal Nasir and some other staff members have been identified as “ghost employees,” whose salaries had been withheld, which led to this reaction.
The hospital administration has informed the relevant higher authorities about the incident, and further action is expected.
