Karachi (Digital Posts) Karachi The Executive Director of Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre Professor Dr Khalid Sher conducted a surprise inspection of the Emergency Department in view of any possible sensitive situation on the twenty first of Ramadan.

He was accompanied by Joint Executive Director Dr Suleman, Deputy Director and Incharge Emergency Dr Nosheen, CMO Emergency Dr Ammar Danish, Senior Registrar Orthopedics Dr Mehran Khan, Assistant Professor Emergency Dr Irfan Siddiqui, and Deputy Director Dr Adeel.
The delegation carried out a detailed visit of the Emergency Department and reviewed the arrangements made to deal with any emergency situation.

The inspection included assessment of availability of medicines, medical facilities, and preparedness for handling accidents or critical cases. The readiness and alertness of the medical staff were also evaluated during the visit.

Professor Dr Khalid Sher expressed satisfaction over the arrangements and preparedness of the Emergency Department. He appreciated the efforts of the staff and directed them to ensure constant readiness to provide timely and quality medical care to the public.
