​Alleged case of giving relief to the main accused in the case of Ratta Amral Police Station, action demanded from higher authorities
After the change in the investigation of the serious case No. 666/25 registered at Ratta Amral Police Station under Sections 324/337Fv/337Lii/337Aii/148/149, the plaintiff has revealed alleged attempts to give relief to the accused through bribery.​The plaintiff has alleged that the influential accused have tried to benefit the main accused in the case and get the case dismissed by paying an amount of Rs. 300,000 to the investigating officer.​In this serious situation, the plaintiff filed a written application to the SSP Investigation Rawalpindi for immediate redressal, on which the SSP Investigation took notice and marked the matter for inquiry to SP Rawal.​The plaintiff has strongly demanded from the higher police authorities to take strict notice of this matter and initiate immediate departmental action against the alleged bribe-taking officer so that justice can be ensured and the police department can be cleansed of such elements.
