Islamabad (Digital Post) Police Conducts Psychological Tests to Enhance Officers’ and Officials’ Capabilities،According to the details, following the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islamabad Police is conducting psychological tests to further improve the capabilities, mental abilities, and professional performance of its officers and officials.As part of this initiative, psychological tests were conducted for police officers and officials at Safe City Islamabad. The tests assessed their mental abilities, professional attitudes, ability to work under pressure, and decision-making skills in different situations.The objective is to further enhance their capabilities, improve their performance, and align them with the requirements of modern policing. Based on the results of the psychological tests, necessary measures are being taken to enhance professional skills, raise performance standards, and improve the overall efficiency of officers and officials.Islamabad Police is also continuing various training, welfare, and professional development initiatives to strengthen the professional capabilities of its force, enhance mental and operational efficiency, and align policing practices with modern requirements.
