KARACHI (Digital Post) Super Market Police Conduct Major Crackdown, Arrest Three Suspected Drug Dealers, Recover 168 Grams of Ice

KARACHI (Digital Post) KARACHI Super Market Police in Karachi’s Central District have arrested three suspected drug dealers during a crackdown against narcotics peddling and recovered a total of 168 grams of crystal methamphetamine, commonly known as “ice,” along with cash allegedly obtained from drug sales.
According to police, the operation was carried out on the directives of SSP Central District Dr. Imran Khan and other senior police officials, under the supervision of SHO Super Market Police Station Shahbaz Khan.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Alamgir son of Akbar, Naveed son of Iqbal, and Ali alias Bengali son of Abdul Qayyum.
Police officials said that 54 grams, 56 grams, and 58 grams of ice were recovered from the respective possession of the three suspects. Cash allegedly earned through the sale of narcotics was also seized.
Police said that cases have been registered against the suspects at Super Market Police Station, and further legal proceedings and investigations are underway.
According to police, some of the arrested suspects also have previous criminal records, including cases related to robbery, illegal weapons, narcotics, and other offences.
Authorities said that during the investigation, efforts are also being made to identify the suspected drug network and other individuals allegedly facilitating the illegal trade.
SHO Shahbaz Khan said that operations against drug peddling would continue across Central District without discrimination, and strict legal action would be taken against those involved in criminal and unlawful activities.
