Gujranwala (Digital Post) Robbers allegedly sexually assaulted a 47-year-old man

Gujranwala (Digital Post) Two robbers allegedly sexually assaulted a 47-year-old man after committing a robbery in the jurisdiction of Ladhay Police Station. An FIR has been registered.

Under the Anti-Rape Act, the complainant’s identity has been kept confidential in the FIR.

According to the complainant, he was returning home at night after working on his rickshaw when two robbers riding on a donkey cart approached him.

The suspects allegedly stopped him at gunpoint and took some cash, a mobile phone, and the battery of his rickshaw.

The complainant further stated that while leaving, the suspects looked at him again and took him to nearby fields, where they allegedly sexually assaulted him one after the other.

The case has been registered, and the allegations are subject to investigation by law enforcement authorities.

The incident has raised concerns about public safety and protection from sexual violence, with questions being raised about the security of vulnerable members of society, including women, children, and other potential victims.
