Rawalpindi (Digital Post) In Rawalpindi, a teacher tortured a 10-year-old child with a plastic pipe for wearing a torn cap on his head. Saddar Beroni Police Station registered a case regarding the incident and took the teacher into custody. The affected child has undergone a medical process.

Cantt Police Station took 1 person into custody and recovered 20 liters (of liquor), while Race Course Police Station took 1 person into custody and recovered 7 liters of liquor, registering separate cases.

In the jurisdiction of Kahuta Police Station, an incident occurred where unknown persons killed a citizen’s cow by suffocation. According to the complainant, he is a resident of Mator Kahuta and keeps livestock in a shed. He stated that he came home from the shed between 2 to 4 PM, and when he returned, one cow that was tied in the main shed was missing.

According to the complainant, an unknown person untied the cow from the main shed and tied it in a room of the smaller shed. The accused tied the cow’s legs, made it fall, then twisted its neck and tied it with a rope, cutting off its breathing. The cow died due to suffocation. The complainant stated that he has no enmity or dispute with anyone. Police have registered a case and started an investigation.
