ISLAMABAD (Digit Posts) Two wanted members of snatcher gang arrested, valuables recovered,According to the details, Islamabad Police Shams Colony police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of a snatcher gang. The notorious snatcher gang is involved in numerous snatching activities.Police teams also recovered snatched cash, mobile phones and weapons with ammunition from their possession. Cases have already been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.DIG Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq stated that strict actions are being carried out against individuals involved in motorcycle theft and street robbery in Islamabad. As a result of these operations, a noticeable decline has been observed in incidents of motorcycle theft and street robbery in the federal capital. He directed all officers to continue the crackdown against criminal elements and ensure that they are brought to justice.He also urged citizens to cooperate with the police and immediately report any suspicious activity or objects to the nearest police station or the emergency helpline “Pucar-15.”
