Haripur (Digital Post): Haripur Police ensuring foolproof security arrangements for the ongoing national anti-polio campaign.

Over 1,200 police officers, including female police personnel, are performing security duties for polio teams across Haripur.

The anti-polio campaign is being conducted from April 13 to April 16.

Under the directives of DPO Haripur Shafiullah Gandapur, Haripur Police have put in place strict security arrangements for the national anti-polio campaign. Circle DSPs and SHOs are supervising the security of polio teams within their respective jurisdictions.

Checkpoints have been established at entry and exit points of the district as well as at important routes, while snap checking has been further intensified.

DPO Haripur Shafiullah Gandapur has issued clear instructions to all police officers to ensure foolproof security for all teams during the campaign, maintain special vigilance at sensitive locations, and take immediate action against any suspicious activity. Officers and personnel deployed in the field have been directed to remain alert at all times.

They have also been instructed to maintain effective coordination with polio teams and perform their duties professionally while treating the public with courtesy.
