RAWALPINDI (Digital Post)– A horrific incident of inhumane treatment involving a 15-year-old girl has emerged in the Shagaf Pulli area of Chakri Road, within the jurisdiction of Dhamial Police Station. A citizen’s guard allegedly blackmailed, harassed, and repeatedly raped the minor. The predatory individual also tortured the victim by inflicting cuts on her body with a blade for his own sadistic gratification. While the police have registered a case, the suspect has not yet been arrested.

The complainant stated that his daughter, in a state of severe distress, revealed that **Zeeshan (alias Kashif)**, a guard employed by **Usman Baloch**, established a relationship with her through blackmail. Zeeshan would contact her via phone and constantly threaten her, claiming that if she did not remain in contact, he would show “indecent photos” of her to her father.

According to the text of the First Information Report (FIR):

* Out of fear, the girl did not inform anyone and continued to meet him.

* The suspect allegedly raped the girl three to four times prior to January.

* Zeeshan also subjected her to physical violence and used a blade to slash and wound her body.

* The complainant noted that the suspect committed extreme atrocities and could potentially be apprehended through his employer, Usman Baloch.

The case has been registered, and the investigation is being led by **SI Azeem Javed**.

In a separate development, **Waris Khan Police** arrested a wanted fugitive involved in an attempted murder case. The fugitive, along with accomplices, had previously opened fire and used daggers to injure five citizens over a financial dispute. The individual had been evading the police for two years. Waris Khan Police utilized human intelligence and all available resources to secure the arrest; five of the suspect’s accomplices had already been apprehended.

Furthermore:

* **Waris Khan Police** arrested another fugitive wanted since last year in a check dishonor case.

* In other operations, police detained **four individuals** and recovered **10 liters of liquor** along with **weapons and ammunition**.

* These actions were carried out across the jurisdictions of **Kallar Syedan, Dhamial, Naseerabad, and Ratta Amral** police stations.
