The applicant’s daughter Hira was married about four to five years ago to Qadeer Hussain son of Shaukat Hussain, resident of Meelam Tehsil and District Rawalpindi. She has two sons from this marriage, Kabir aged three years and Muhammad Bilal aged two years, while the daughter is 19 years old. Her husband Qadeer Hussain works at a private farm in the village.

Before the month of Ramadan, my daughter left home around 11:30 in the morning to go to Rawat Bazaar to buy clothes for her children. From the village, she boarded a carry dabba and got down ahead of Chak Beli on GT Road. From there, she boarded a Toyota Hiace to go to Rawat Bazaar. However, the conductor of the vehicle closed the door and turned the vehicle back towards Chak Beli Road. When my daughter started shouting and protesting, the conductor overpowered her.
