A tragic incident of murder occurred during a domestic dispute in Ismail Goth within the limits of Shah Latif Police Station.
On the instructions of SSP Malir Dr. Abdul Khaliq, immediate notice of the incident was taken and special teams were formed to arrest the suspects.
The police team along with SHO Shah Latif acted on technical information and arrested the main accused involved in the incident within two hours.
The arrested accused has been identified as Muzammil.
The accused had stabbed a person named Zahid with a knife, seriously injuring him, who later succumbed to his injuries.
During the initial investigation, the accused revealed that the incident occurred during a domestic dispute.
The deceased person was the real brother of the arrested accused.
During the investigation, the arrested accused also confessed to his crime.
The arrested accused has been handed over to the Investigation Wing for further legal action and investigation, while further investigation is underway.
