Karachi (Digital Posts) Mis use of Powers at SICVD,SindhGovernment Must Take Immediate Action.KarachiMr. Moosa Memon, Chief Operating Officer, has allegedly continued to hold his position at the Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (SICVD) illegally and misused his powers. He is accused of appointing contract employees without approval from the authorized authority, which has reportedly imposed an additional financial burden of approximately PKR 268 million on the institute.

Furthermore, payments amounting to around PKR 668 million under “old liabilities” are also under serious scrutiny for irregularities and suspected malpractice. According to reports, decisions in these matters were allegedly made for personal gain, resulting in potential significant financial loss to the institute.
