Rawalpindi (Digital Post) Taxila Police Station, case of 20 lakh fraud from a citizen

Despite the case, the accused who have political backing have not been arrested. Abdul Qayyum, a resident of Wah Cantt, stated that the accused were given a down payment of 20 lakh in the land deal. When the records were checked due to the delay by the accused in handing over the land, it was found that the seller was not the owner of the land. The accused collectively defrauded the complainant of 20 lakh. The affected person stated that he had taken the down payment amount as a loan from an investor, who is now demanding the amount. Attempts were made to contact SHO Taxila Hamid Shah for a statement regarding the 20 lakh fraud with citizen Abdul Qayyum, but there was no response.
