Rawalpindi / Pirwadhai Police (Big Digit): Important progress in the investigation of a case of murder in the name of honor; a proclaimed offender has been arrested. The arrested proclaimed offender is the brother of the deceased, who was involved in the murder of the deceased, the jirga, and the burial. After completion of the investigation, the accused will be challaned with solid evidence.

Earlier, 16 accused had already been arrested in the case, including the deceased’s father, uncle, five brothers, the head of the jirga, the jirga head’s brother, the cemetery secretary, the gravedigger, former husband, rickshaw driver and vehicle driver, a neighbor, and a tenant.
