According to the petition, Ramiz Gulzar is the son of a retired police officer who allegedly shows himself to be associated with sensitive organizations, while he also has unlicensed weapons. Muhammad Siddique has alleged in his petition that the said person has been collecting money through blackmail by implicating various citizens in false cases. According to Muhammad Siddique, Ramiz Gulzar has been involved in several cases in the past, such as robbery, possession, and financial transaction disputes. The petition states that he often gets reconciliation papers after receiving money from the affected parties. The petitioner alleged that Ramiz Gulzar is now implicating him and his family in false cases and threatening them with serious consequences. Muhammad Siddique says that Ramiz Gulzar has no clear source of income, he lives in a rented house while his children are studying in a private school, and the expenses are being met from unknown sources. Muhammad Siddique has appealed to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chief Minister Punjab, and Additional IGCCD Lahore in his petition to take notice of this matter and conduct a complete and transparent inquiry so that truth and lies can be legally distinguished and honorable citizens can be protected from such elements.
