Rawalpindi (Digital Posts) SSP Investigation Saifullah held an open katchery at Police Lines Headquarters. The SSP Investigation listened to citizens’ complaints and issued directives to the concerned officers for their resolution.He instructed the officers to ensure legal action is taken within the stipulated timeframe on marked applications. No negligence of any kind will be tolerated in the prompt resolution of citizens’ issues, the SSP Investigation emphasized.According to details, SSP Investigation Saifullah convened the open katchery at Police Lines Headquarters where he heard public complaints and directed the relevant officers to address them. He further stressed that the best possible service delivery must be ensured for citizens at police stations at all times.

In line with the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, the protection of citizens’ lives and property and the provision of facilities to them remains the top priority, for which all necessary measures are being taken.
