Islamabad (Digital Posts) IGP Islamabad Reviews Police Welfare Measures, Recognizes Outstanding Officers and Addresses GrievancesIslamabad: Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Captain (Retd.) Muhammad Sohail Chaudhry met officers of the Logistics Division to review welfare measures and facilities being provided to police officers and officials. Matters relating to the needs of police employees, available facilities and welfare initiatives were discussed in detail.The IGP Islamabad emphasized that the welfare of police officers and officials is an important institutional priority and directed the concerned officers to further improve welfare measures and ensure their effective implementation. He said that timely resolution of legitimate issues and provision of better facilities play an important role in boosting the morale and professional performance of the police force.In continuation of these welfare and motivational initiatives, IGP Islamabad invited officers and officials who demonstrated outstanding performance and exemplary dedication in the performance of their duties to the Central Police Office. He appreciated their professionalism, hard work and sense of responsibility, particularly their efforts towards protecting the lives and property of citizens, and awarded them certificates of appreciation.The IGP Islamabad said that officers and officials who perform their duties with dedication and professionalism are valuable assets of Islamabad Police. Recognition of outstanding performance not only encourages deserving officers but also motivates the entire force to perform their duties with greater commitment and responsibility.The IGP Islamabad also held an Orderly Room at his office to personally hear the departmental and personal grievances of police officers. He issued necessary directions to senior officers for the prompt resolution of their issues on merit.Captain (Retd.) Muhammad Sohail Chaudhry said that the welfare of police officers and officials, timely redressal of their legitimate grievances and recognition of outstanding performance remain among the key priorities of Islamabad Police. He reiterated that measures to improve welfare, facilities and professional morale of the force will continue.
