Islamabad (Digital Post) IGP Holds Khuli Katchery to Address Public Grievances،According to the details, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held a Khuli Katchery at the Central Police Office, Islamabad.During the Khuli Katchery, he listened to the grievances of citizens and police officials and issued on-the-spot directions to senior police officers for the prompt resolution of their concerns.He said that resolving citizens’ issues on merit is our top priority. Negligence or dereliction of duty will not be tolerated. Citizens facing any police-related issue are welcome to attend the Khuli Katchery. “My office is always open to the citizens,” the IGP said.IGP Islamabad further directed the officers to resolve public grievances on merit within the stipulated timeframe and submit compliance reports to the Central Police Office. He also instructed all SDPOs and SHOs to strictly observe designated office hours and prioritize the timely resolution of citizens’ complaints.On the occasion, the IGP Islamabad said that Islamabad Police is undertaking various initiatives to facilitate citizens. He added that holding a daily Khuli Katchery helps ensure the prompt and priority-based resolution of public grievances.
