Rawalpindi (Digital Post): On the special instructions of the Federal Minister for Energy (Power Division), Sardar Owais Ahmed Khan Leghari and in accordance with the vision of the Chief Executive Officer of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood, an open court was organized in IESCO Dhok Kala Khan to resolve the problems of consumers at their doorsteps. The open court was presided over by Superintending Engineer IESCO City Circle Rawalpindi Mr. Mohsin Ali Memon, while DC & City Circle Mr. Faisal Qadeer and Axon Satellite Town Syed Ghulam Bilal were also present on the occasion. A large number of dignitaries, citizens and electricity consumers of the area participated in the open court. During the open court, citizens presented their complaints regarding electricity bills, transformers, cables, low voltage and other technical and administrative matters, which were listened to with great attention by Superintending Engineer Mr. Mohsin Ali Memon and resolved several issues on the spot. He and other senior officers, while giving necessary approval to the relevant applications, issued special instructions to the SDO Dhok Kala Khan Syed Iqbal Shah, who was present on the spot, to immediately resolve all the legitimate issues of the complainants on priority basis and provide full cooperation to the citizens. The citizens and the people of the area expressed complete satisfaction over this prompt and effective action of the officers and highly appreciated this people-friendly initiative of the IESCO administration.
