ISLAMABAD (Digital Post) 22 criminals arrested, drugs and weapons recovered،،According to the details, the Islamabad Police Women, Ramna, Shalimar, Tarnol, Sabzi Mandi, Koral, Sihala, Humak, Bhara Kahu and Phulgran police station teams arrested 14 accused involved in different criminal activities.Police teams also recovered 1625 grams of hashish, 671 grams of ice and 07 pistols along with ammunition from their possession. Cases have been registered against them, and further investigations are ongoing.Additionally, during a special campaign launched for the arrest of proclaimed offenders and absconders, various police teams arrested 08 criminals.Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police continues its effective crackdown against crime and criminal elements to ensure peace and tranquility in the federal capital.SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza said that the Islamabad Police is committed to protecting the lives and property of residents, and no elements will be allowed to disturb public peace. Ensuring peace and protecting citizens remain the top priority of the Islamabad Police.Citizens are also urged to report any suspicious activities to the relevant police station or via the emergency helpline “Pucar-15” immediately, so that through mutual cooperation between the police and the public, crime can be eradicated from society.
