The main brutal killer Sadiq Hussain Shah, son of Muzammil Shah, who shot and killed Police Inspector Naseer Hussain Shah in the month of Ramadan in the limits of Battal police station 21, was arrested after his BBA was canceled.

While one of the other accused involved in the incident (Qalandar Shah and Muzammil Shah) has gone to jail, while the other accused has got BBA done by the court. A case was registered against all the accused under sections 302/34 for shooting and killing a police head constable in Ramadan.
