Peshawar(Digital Post) : The appointment of In-charge Intelligence Bureau Saud Gandapur on deputation in the Excise Department
The appointment of In-charge Intelligence Bureau Saud Gandapur on deputation in the Excise Department was declared illegal by the Peshawar High Court on April 8.
Today, on April 15, the Peshawar High Court suspended its own decision for 60 days and Saud Gandapur was reinstated to his post, but the current Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Afridi today issued strict orders to remove Saud Gandapur from his post at all costs, because he was harassing some people in Khyber district.
By the way, what illegal things were coming to Peshawar from Khyber district, which Saud Gandapur repeatedly arrested and made cases for, only the Excise Department knows this better.
On the other hand, the Secretary of the Excise Department paid tribute by issuing a report on Saud Gandapur’s performance and achievements.
