During the open kutchery at the Central Police Office, the IG listened to citizens\u2019 complaints and issued on-the-spot orders for their resolution. He directed the relevant officers to resolve citizens\u2019 problems on merit and without delay so that timely justice and effective redressal can be ensured.Furthermore, IG Islamabad invited police officers who had ensured the protection of citizens\u2019 lives and property and demonstrated excellent professional performance to his office and awarded them certificates of appreciation in recognition of their services.
