They conducted a detailed review of the physical and running tests, candidate screening, security arrangements, discipline, and the overall recruitment process.The senior officers directed the officials on duty to ensure that every stage of the recruitment process is conducted with complete impartiality, transparency, and in accordance with the prescribed rules and procedures, while providing equal opportunities to all candidates.Following the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, other senior police officials also remained present at test centers established in different cities, continuously monitoring the recruitment process to ensure that every stage was completed in an organized, transparent, and uninterrupted manner.Comprehensive arrangements were made for the convenience of candidates, including shaded tents, clean drinking water, medical assistance, waiting areas, and effective security measures to provide a safe and comfortable environment.The senior police officials reiterated that only competent, capable, physically fit, and professionally qualified candidates would be selected strictly on merit.
